1月11日凌晨1时许，桐城市公安局刑侦大队通过缜密侦查，联合青草派出所、范岗派出所、新渡派出所成功抓获系列入户盗窃嫌疑人一名，现场查获大量用于撬门、破窗工具。串并系列盗窃案40余起，有力维护辖区社会治安稳定。目前，该嫌疑人已被依法采取强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。
