1月10日，中国证监会国际合作司发布关于ZG Group（找钢产业互联集团）境外发行上市备案通知书，公司通过境内运营实体浙江钢有商贸有限公司提交的境外发行上市备案材料收悉，公司通过与境外特殊目的收购公司Aquila Acquisition Corporation合并实现在香港联合交易所上市，公司同步发行不超过429,947,966股普通股。
