北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）1月8日，菜百股份发布关于2025年度日常关联交易预计的公告。公司预计2025年度日常关联交易总金额为2750万元，较2024年1-11月实际发生金额278万元显著增加，主要是由于新增了与华夏银行的商品代销和存款业务。各类关联交易占同类业务的比例相对较小，未对公司的财务状况和经营成果产生不利影响。
2024年前三季度，菜百股份实现收入153.45亿元，归母净利润5.54亿元。
