财中社1月8日电 云内动力（000903）发布公告，决定将全资子公司深圳市铭特科技有限公司100%股权质押，向富滇银行申请不超过2亿元的贷款，贷款期限不超过2年，以满足公司日常生产经营流动资金需求。
2024年前三季度，云内动力实现收入41.53亿元，归母净利润-3.24亿元。
