新京报讯（记者裴剑飞）今天（1月8日）上午，有旅客反映，铁路12306客户端出现故障，无法正常使用。刚刚，记者从铁路12306科创中心获知，经12306技术队伍紧急处置，12306手机APP用户登录功能于12时50分恢复正常运行，旅客可通过12306网站、手机APP和支付宝小程序登录购票。
