弘仁（1610-1664），本姓江，名韬，法名弘仁，号渐江学人、渐江僧，后人称其为梅花古衲。明末清初画家，歙县（今属安徽）人。明亡后入武夷山为僧，与石涛、八大、髡残合称“清初四僧”。
