中国证监会国际合作司1月7日发布关于蜜雪冰城股份有限公司首次公开发行境外上市外资股（Ｈ股）及境内未上市股份“全流通”的备案通知书。该公司拟发行不超过73,058,823股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。该公司12名股东拟将所持合计131,264,258股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
