1月6日，有网友在社交平台发文称“12306崩了”，无法购买车票，还有网友称“买票钱付完看不到购票记录”。6日15:40左右，中国铁路12306多位官方客服回应称，12306App平台刚刚进行系统维护，现在已经陆续恢复，旅客可刷新页面查询。
