当地时间1月6日，美联储监管副主席迈克尔·巴尔宣布，他将于2月28日提前卸任，避免与即将上任的总统特朗普在其职位问题上发生的法律纠纷。巴尔在声明中表示，将继续担任美联储理事会成员。
