财中社1月6日电 海利得（002206）计划通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购资金总额不低于1.5亿元（含），不超过3亿元（含），回购价格上限为6元/股，预计回购股份数量在2500万股至5000万股，分别占公司总股本的2.15%至4.3%。
2024年前三季度，海利得实现收入43.68亿元，归母净利润2.96亿元。
