国家金融监督管理总局日前印发《金融机构非集中清算衍生品交易保证金管理办法》。其中提出，金融机构与非金融机构开展的非集中清算衍生品交易，如与非金融机构风险承受能力相适应且具有真实风险对冲需求背景，可以豁免初始保证金和变动保证金要求。
