1月3日，渣打银行（中国）有限公司宣布，作为创设机构发行了首笔信用联结票据（CLN），成为首家创设信用联结票据的外资银行。据了解，CLN由创设机构向投资人创设，投资人的投资回报与参考实体信用状况挂钩，属于一种凭证类信用风险缓释工具。
