自证监会于2024年11月15日发布《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理》以来，A股上市公司积极响应。Wind数据显示，截至目前，已有45家A股上市公司披露市值管理制度。与此同时，还有122家公司正快马加鞭推进市值管理工作，相关细则已提交至董事会审议，有望在不久后正式落地。
