元旦节后第一天上班,外贸人工作安排及客户跟进技巧、话术!

节后第一天是跟进客户的最佳时机,如何跟进客户才更有效,更有条不紊呢?一篇教会你!

一、元旦后第一天工作安排

1、邮件整理与回复:

上班后第一时间查看邮箱,将元旦假期期间收到的邮件进行分类整理,如客户询盘、订单咨询、投诉反馈等。

对于紧急重要的邮件,如客户的订单确认、投诉处理等,优先回复并及时解决问题,告知客户已收到邮件并正在处理。

对于一般性的询盘邮件,可在当天内尽快回复,表达对客户的感谢和关注,并提供详细准确的产品信息和报价。

2、客户跟进:

梳理未成交客户名单,根据客户的跟进记录和阶段,制定当天的跟进计划,确定跟进的重点客户和跟进方式。

对于已报价但未回复的客户,发送一封友好的跟进邮件,询问是否收到报价,是否有任何疑问或需要进一步的帮助,委婉地提醒客户尽快回复。

对于已寄送样品的客户,查看快递记录确认客户是否已经收到样品。若已收到,发邮件询问客户对样品的评价和意见,了解客户的购买意向。

与老客户保持联系,发送新年祝福和问候邮件,顺便介绍公司的新产品、新优惠活动或行业动态,询问客户是否有新的订单需求。

3、业务拓展:

在各大外贸平台上发布公司的新产品信息,优化产品关键词和描述,提高产品的曝光率和搜索排名。

寻找潜在客户,通过海关数据(AB客海关数据免费查询)、行业展会名单、社交媒体等渠道,收集目标客户的信息,进行精准营销和开发。

4、订单处理与跟进:

确认现有订单的生产进度,与生产部门沟通协调,确保订单按时按质完成。

对于即将出货的订单,提前与货代或物流部门联系,安排订舱、报关、运输等事宜,及时将发货信息告知客户。

处理订单过程中的突发问题,如原材料短缺、生产延误、质量问题等,及时与客户沟通协商解决方案,减少损失和影响。

5、年度目标设定

复盘去年个人和团队的销售目标完成情况,并设定新一年的业绩目标。

二、客户跟进技巧

1、把握时机:注意回复客户的时效性,第一时间回复客户的询盘、邮件和消息,让客户感受到你的重视和效率。如果客户未回复,要根据客户的作息时间和习惯,选择合适的时间再次跟进,但不要过于频繁以免引起客户反感。

2、提供价值:在跟进过程中,不要只是简单地询问客户是否下单,而是要为客户提供有价值的信息,如产品的最新技术、行业动态、市场趋势、使用案例等,帮助客户更好地了解产品和市场,从而做出决策。

3、个性化跟进:了解客户的需求、兴趣和偏好,根据不同客户的特点制定个性化的跟进方案。例如,对于价格敏感型客户,可以重点介绍产品的性价比和优惠活动;对于技术型客户,可以提供更详细的产品技术参数和解决方案。

4、建立信任:在与客户的沟通中,要始终保持专业、诚信和耐心,避免夸大其词和虚假承诺。及时解决客户的问题和投诉,让客户感受到你的责任心和可靠性,从而建立起长期的信任关系。

5、善于倾听:认真倾听客户的意见和需求,不要急于打断客户或强行推销产品。通过倾听,更好地了解客户的痛点和诉求,从而提供更有针对性的解决方案。

三、客户跟进话术参考

1、询问报价反馈

“Dear [Customer Name], I hope you had a great New Year! I just wanted to follow up on the quotation I sent you last week. Did you have a chance to review it? If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to let me know. Looking forward to your feedback.”
“Hi [Customer Name], Happy New Year! I sent you our price list and product details a few days ago. I wonder if you have received them and if you have any thoughts or concerns about our offer. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us better meet your needs.”

2、跟进样品反馈

“Dear [Customer Name], I hope you are doing well. I noticed that the sample we sent you has been delivered. Could you please let me know if you have received it and if you are satisfied with the sample quality? If there is anything we can improve or if you have any other requirements, please don't hesitate to tell us.”
“Hi [Customer Name], Happy New Year! I just wanted to check if you have received the sample we sent you before the holiday. We are very eager to hear your comments and suggestions on the sample. Your feedback will help us make further improvements and better serve you.”

3、询问订单意向

“Dear [Customer Name], I hope you had a wonderful holiday. I wanted to follow up with you regarding the potential order we discussed earlier. Are you ready to place an order now? If you have any concerns or need any assistance, please let me know and I will do my best to help you.”
“Hi [Customer Name], Happy New Year! I haven't heard from you for a while and I was just wondering if you have any updates on the order. Our production capacity is ready and we can ensure timely delivery. If you have any questions or need to make any changes, please feel free to contact me at any time.”

4、向老客户推荐新产品或活动

“Dear [Customer Name], Happy New Year! I hope this year brings you lots of success and happiness. I wanted to share some exciting news with you. Our company has recently launched a new product line that I think would be of great interest to you. I have attached the product brochure for your reference. Additionally, we are currently running a special promotion with a [X]% discount for our loyal customers. If you are interested, please let me know and I will send you more details.”
“Hi [Customer Name], Greetings of the New Year! I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that we have some new products and promotions available. 5邀请视频会议

“Dear [Customer Name], I hope you had a great start to the New Year. I would like to schedule a video conference with you to discuss our future cooperation. During the call, we can share our plans for 2025 and explore potential opportunities for collaboration. Are you available next Tuesday at 10 am? If not, please let me know your preferred time, and we will arrange accordingly. Looking forward to seeing you on the call. Best regards, [Your Name]”
“Hi [Customer Name], Happy New Year! I was thinking of giving you a call to catch up and see how your New Year's plans are shaping up. 6、启动营销活动邀请

7、客户投诉问题反馈

8、流失客户挽回

"Hi [Customer's Name], We noticed that we haven't had the opportunity to collaborate recently. We value your feedback and have made significant improvements based on it. We'd love to show you what we've been up to..."
