《科创板日报》2日讯，供应链指出，英伟达下一代GB300 AI服务器正在设计，预计2025年第二季度发布，于第三季度开始试产。据悉，GB300的散热需求更强，主机板风扇使用数量更少，水冷散热需求将会更强。 (Digtimes)
