南华仪器12月31日公告，公司拟以支付现金方式向杨伟光、佛山嘉旭、郭超键、刘务贞及叶淑娟购买其合计持有的嘉得力39.4745%的股份。交易价格7638.32万元。本次交易完成后，公司将持有嘉得力54.4745%的股权，成为嘉得力的控股股东。
