12月31日，碧桂园（02007.HK）发布2025年新年致辞，署名为董事会主席杨惠妍和总裁莫斌。致辞称，2024全年碧桂园已累计交付房屋约38万套，近两年累计交付近100万套房屋。
致辞同时提到，碧桂园进一步加大资产盘活力度，自2022年以来已处置难销类资产及盘活沉淀资金回笼超600亿元。
