美国对冲基金亿万富翁比尔·阿克曼当地时间12月30日在社交媒体平台X发文称，预计在未来两年内，抵押贷款巨头房利美和房地美有望摆脱政府托管状态，并可能在2026年IPO。
阿克曼表示，在特朗普第一个总统任期中，时任财长姆努钦曾推动将房利美和房地美私有化，“但他没有时间完成此事”，预计在特朗普第二任期内，美国政府将完成这项工作。
