格隆汇12月30日丨金龙汽车(600686.SH)公布，2024年12月30日，金龙汽车与嘉隆集团签署了《关于厦门金龙旅行车有限公司之股权转让协议》,根据股权转让协议，金龙汽车收购金龙旅行车公司40%股权的交易价格为人民币408,919,960元。本次股权转让完成后，金龙汽车将持有金龙旅行车公司100%的股权，金龙旅行车公司将成为金龙汽车的全资子公司。
