证券时报e公司讯，拓荆科技(688072)12月30日晚间公告，公司控股子公司拓荆键科拟与上海稷以科技有限公司（简称“稷以科技”）签订设备采购合同，向稷以科技采购碳化硅刻蚀设备一台，本次设备采购将有助于提高拓荆键科的生产能力，为新产品的产业化提供保障，合同总金额约1000万元（含税）。
