根据公告，罗俊诚已获委任为公司执行董事兼副行政总裁以及董事会下设的财务委员会及投资委员会成员，自2025年1月1日起生效。新任执行董事及副行政总裁的享有年薪及津贴234万港元，同时，董事袍金为1万港元。
