12月27日，鸿海集团转投资的日本夏普（Sharp）宣布，将相机模组事业公司持股转让予鸿海子公司Fullertain。鸿海董事长刘扬伟指出，夏普目标转型成轻资产公司，保留并强化品牌业务，淡出相机模组、面板、半导体等零组件事业，预计在2025年3月底前处分完毕。（台湾经济日报）
