新京报贝壳财经讯（记者王琳琳）12月27日，佑驾创新首挂上市，早盘高开。截至上午10时30分，佑驾创新股价涨幅为8.82%，报18.5港元/股。
据悉，佑驾创新全球发售3919万股H股股份，香港公开发售占10%，国际配售占90%。最终发售价为每股17港元，全球发售净筹约6.06亿港元。
