12月27日，中央国债登记结算有限责任公司官网披露柜台流通式债券报价信息，“23附息国债23”（代码230023）最优买报价方为中信银行，该债券剩余期限28年292天，投资者最优买入价到期收益率1.9717%。
资料显示，“23附息国债23”全称2023年记账式附息（二十三期）国债，于2023年10月13日发行，实际发行面额2370亿元，票面利率3%，每6个月付息一次，债券到期日为2053年10月15日。
