瑞财经AI 12月25日消息，天臣医疗 (688013 SH) 发布公告，公司原计划的回购资金总额不低于3600万元（含），不超过7200万元（含）。经过此次调整，回购资金总额的新范围将设定为不低于4600万元（含），不超过8000万元（含）。
此外，公司还决定将股份回购期限延长12个月，以便更好地执行股份回购计划。
