12月26日上午10时，台北检方召开记者会宣布侦结台湾民众党主席柯文哲涉及的京华城容积率弊案、政治献金案，并起诉柯文哲等11人。
台北检方指控柯文哲涉及图利罪、违背职务受贿罪、公益侵占罪、背信罪、洗钱罪等，对柯文哲求处28年6个月有期徒刑。（总台记者 杨若茜）
