据青海省纪委监委12月25日消息，青海省委宣传部副部长张琨明涉嫌严重违纪违法，主动投案，目前正接受纪律审查和监察调查。

公开资料显示，张琨明出生于1975年3月，青海乐都人，此前长期在玉树藏族自治州工作，曾任玉树州委副书记、玉树市委书记等职。2024年7月，张琨明出任青海省委宣传部副部长，直至此次被查。
