每经AI快讯，12月25日，华海药业公告，控股子公司华奥泰拟引入投资者海璟创投，以现金认购华奥泰新增股份2000万股。增资完成后，华奥泰注册资本将由3亿元增加至3.2亿元，总股本将由3亿股增加至3.2亿股。其中，华海药业持有华奥泰79.6875%股权，华海投资持有14.0625%股权，海璟创投持有6.25%股权。公司对华奥泰仍具有控制权。本次交易不构成关联交易，亦不构成重大资产重组。
