12月24日，北海国发川山生物股份有限公司（国发股份，600538.SH)公告，近日，公司接到董事、代理董事长姜烨的通知，其基于对公司未来发展前景的信心以及对公司长期投资价值的认可，姜烨拟自2024年12月25日起的6个月内增持公司股份。增持金额不低于3000万元，不超过6000万元。
