观点网讯：12月22日，据第一财经报道，广州医药集团有限公司旗下上市公司白云山副总经理黄海文因涉嫌违法违纪被有关部门带走调查。
此前的12月20日，白云山发布公告称收到黄海文的书面辞职报告，其因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务，不再担任公司及附属企业的所有职务。
