12月21日，中国诚通、中国石化、中国航油、北京市海淀区政府在京共同签署合作框架协议，组建诚通科创投资基金，基金总规模300亿元，首期规模不低于100亿元。据了解，此次筹设的诚通科创投资基金，着重关注新材料、新一代信息技术、先进制造、绿色低碳等方向。
