北京商报讯（记者 李海媛）12月20日，中国证监会发布关于核准新华基金管理股份有限公司变更主要股东的批复，核准北京华融综合投资有限公司成为新华基金主要股东，对北京华融综合投资有限公司依法受让新华基金6592.52万股股份（占公司股份总数30.3104%）无异议。
