《孟子·尽心上》13.44

孟子曰：“于不可已而已（1）者，无所不已。于所厚者薄，无所不薄也。其进锐者，其退速。”
译 文
孟子说：“对于不该放弃的却放弃，那就没有什么不可以放弃。对于该重视的却忽略，那就没有什么不可以忽略的。前进太快的，后退也快。”
注 释
（1）已：放弃。赵岐注：“弃也。”或说停止。朱熹《集注》：“止也。”
