12月20日，默克宣布，目前已签署计划收购HUB Organoids Holding B.V.（HUB）的最终协议。类器官是功能上类似于器官的细胞培养模型，有潜力加速药物开发，提升对不同人群疾病治疗的理解，并减少行业对动物实验的依赖。HUB是类器官领域的先驱，总部位于荷兰乌特勒支，拥有约70名员工。交易预计将于2024年12月底完成，交易条款尚未披露。
