12月19日消息，根据国家金融监督管理总局延安监管分局行政处罚信息公示表，陕西吴起农村合作银行因违规行为——违规虚增贷款规模，被延安金融监管分局处以三十二万元罚款。同时，该行时任营业部主任刘锦涛也因此事受到监管部门的警告处分。
