格隆汇12月20日｜索尼集团12月19日宣布，将与日本内容巨头角川集团(KADOKAWA)开展资本和业务合作，将投资近500亿日元(约合3.2亿美元)收购后者新股，持股比例提高至10%左右，成为角川集团最大股东。角川计划将200亿日元用于开发和收购新IP，297亿日元用于加强全球分销。
