据前NBA马刺队球员、现巴黎主帅蒂亚戈·斯普利特透露，队内目前爆发疾病，不知道是食物中毒还是病毒导致，能够出战的球员不足8人，所以按照欧篮联比赛规定，本场比赛延期进行，具体什么时间补赛还没有确定。
