金融界12月19日消息，有投资者在互动平台向华正新材提问：请问公司有没有产品适用于ASIC芯片？
公司回答表示：公司正在研发的CBF膜产品具有良好的介电性能、热膨胀系数、剥离强度、绝缘性能和可加工性能，可应用于CPU/GPU等算力芯片的半导体封装等，目前正在积极推动下游的测试认证等，尚不影响公司的经营业绩。
