【海南矿业子公司完成 13.02 亿元要约收购】12 月 18 日讯，海南矿业称，其全资子公司洛克石油完成对 Tethys Oil AB 的全面要约收购，收购价格约 18.94 亿瑞典克朗，折合 1.83 亿美元、13.02 亿元人民币。截至要约接受期结束，洛克石油已掌控特提斯公司 89.98%的股份和投票权，计划继续增持至 90%以上，并推动剩余股份的强制赎回及退市流程。
