新京报贝壳财经讯 12月18日，*ST有树公告，公司股票将于2024年12月19日开市起停牌一天，并将于2024年12月20日开市起复牌。公司因执行重整计划进行资本公积金转增股本，以现有总股本4.22亿股为基数，按每10股转增12股的比例实施资本公积转增股本，共计转增产生约5.07亿股。本次转增后，公司总股本将增加至约9.29亿股。本次资本公积金转增股本的股权登记日为2024年12月19日，转增股份上市日为2024年12月20日。
