12月17日，中国华能集团有限公司与中国国新、中国邮政、中国太平、国家绿色发展基金、南方电网等5家企业在集团公司总部签署华能新能源股份有限公司增资协议。根据协议，国新发展、中邮保险、太平人寿、国家绿色发展基金、南网能创5家股东共同出资150亿元，向华能新能源公司增资。据介绍，这是中国华能历史上规模最大的一次权益融资。
