据中国人民银行广东省分行2024年12月4日公示的行政处罚决定，广东廉江农村商业银行股份有限公司因在支付结算、货币金银、国库、征信及反洗钱业务方面存在违规行为，被处以139.76万元的罚款。
同时，该行合规与风险管理部副总经理(主持工作)李*照因违反反洗钱法律法规，个人被罚款4.2万元。
