格隆汇12月16日丨盈方微(000670.SZ)公布，为优化公司全资子公司上海盈方微电子有限公司(以下简称“上海盈方微”)的资产负债结构，公司拟以债权转股权的方式对上海盈方微增资人民币24,000万元。本次增资完成后，上海盈方微的注册资本将由人民币42,000万元增加至人民币66,000万元。增资完成后，公司仍持有上海盈方微100%的股权，上海盈方微仍为公司的全资子公司。
