12月11日至12日，南京河西集团在企业内部开展了为期两天的集体协商技能竞赛。河西集团现有10个子公司，业务涉及多个行业，共有3400多名员工。这次参加集体协商技能竞赛的有10支代表队，每队由4名协商代表和1名领队组成。
