观点网讯：12月12日，苹果公司（AAPL.US）与博通公司（AVGO.US）合作开发其首款专为人工智能设计的服务器芯片。这款内部代号为Baltra的芯片预计将在2026年之前实现大规模生产。
据悉，Baltra芯片将由台积电（TSM.US）代工生产，可能采用其先进的3纳米工艺技术。台积电已于2022年底开始大批量生产3nm芯片，预计2023年将出现在高端智能手机和平板电脑中。
