格隆汇12月11日｜有媒体援引知情人士称，黑石集团可能退出对博士伦的联合竞购。此前消息称，黑石与TPG(德太资本)联手竞购眼保健公司博士伦。目前谈判仍在进行中，如果博士伦愿意接受一个较低的价格，或者TPG找到另一家私募股权投资集团作为交易合伙人，交易仍有可能完成。
