洲际船务（02409）发布公告，于2024年12月10日，租船人（公司间接全资附属公司Jasper Shipping Ltd）及拥有人CIMC Centaurus Limited订立融资租赁安排，据此，租船人同意根据协议备忘录以300万美元的代价向拥有人出售船舶；拥有人同意根据光船租赁将船舶出租予租船人；及公司以拥有人为受益人订立担保契据。
船舶为一艘于2009年建造的总吨位为3115吨的化学品船，由集团于2016年收购。
