格隆汇12月10日丨洲际船务(02409.HK)公告，于2024年12月10日，租船人Jasper Shipping Ltd(公司间接全资附属公司)及拥有人CIMC Centaurus Limited订立融资租赁安排，据此，(i)租船人同意根据协议备忘录以300万美元的代价向拥有人出售船舶；(ii)拥有人同意根据光船租赁将船舶出租予租船人；及(iii)公司以拥有人为受益人订立担保契据。
