永安林业12月10日公告，公司拟将位于福建省三明市的面积为15.14万亩的林木资产转让给中林（三明）林业发展有限公司（简称“中林三明”），转让价格为2.95亿元。中林三明与公司受同一间接控股股东及实际控制人控制，中林三明与公司构成关联关系，本次交易构成关联交易。
