12月10日，TikTok在官方账号发布声明称，已提交一项紧急动议，以阻止TikTok禁令于明年1月19日生效。此前，美国哥伦比亚特区联邦巡回上诉法院维持一项裁决，即如果字节跳动不能在明年1月19日最后期限到来前剥离TikTok，后者将在美国被禁。
